Return & Refund Policy
OEM Hoses Are Supplied to Spec
Because every hydraulic hose assembly is supplied to a specific OEM specification, hoses are non-returnable unless they are defective or shipped to incorrect specifications by our shop.
Defective or Incorrect Build
If you receive a hose assembly that is defective or does not match the specifications you ordered, we will provide a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery.

- Provide photos of the defect or specification mismatch
- We will inspect and respond within 1 business day
Shipping Damage
If your hose assembly arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a full replacement or refund. You must report damage within 7 days of delivery.
- Photograph the damage before discarding any packaging
- Email photos and your order number to support@aghosematch.com
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the hose has not yet been built. Once building has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Warranty
All hose assemblies carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions within rated pressure specifications. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, over-pressurization, chemical incompatibility, or improper installation.
